Please review before booking.
Booking requests
Submitting a booking request does not require payment. Every request is reviewed and confirmed directly by the host, usually within a few hours. Payment arrangements are made after confirmation.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, subject to availability and prior arrangement.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made 3 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are subject to a 50% penalty charge.
House rules
No smoking inside any apartment; a cleaning fee applies for violations. Guests are responsible for damages during their stay. Please keep noise to a reasonable level. Visitors must be registered, and overnight visitors may incur additional charges.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required for certain bookings, returned within 48 hours of check-out, subject to inspection.
Liability
Mauxworth is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.
