What type of apartments do you offer?
Beautifully furnished 3-bedroom apartments, each with 3.5 en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs with DSTV, Netflix and Amazon Prime, high-speed WiFi, and a private balcony. Each apartment accommodates up to 10 guests.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a fee, subject to availability.
Is parking available?
Yes, dedicated parking space is provided within the property premises for our guests.
Do you provide airport pickup?
Airport transfers can be arranged on request. Contact us via WhatsApp to arrange pickup from Murtala Muhammed International Airport, about 15 minutes away.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 3 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are subject to a 50% penalty.
Is smoking allowed?
No, smoking is not allowed inside the apartments. A cleaning fee applies if evidence of smoking is found.
How many apartments are available for booking?
Three apartments: Houston, Las Vegas, and New York. Each can be booked independently.
Is there a reliable power supply?
Yes. We provide 24/7 uninterrupted power backed by a generator and inverter system.
